With more than 25 years of experience in the market, Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva Neto, served, in 2018/2019, as Vice President of Finance, CFO and IRO of Renova Energia S.A., as well as general director of Abribe Investimentos, his personal investment vehicle, currently inactive. Between 2017/2018 he was CEO at Arxo Industrial do Brasil S/A. Between 2015 and 2016 he was General Manager at Dalçoquio Transportes Ltda. and between 2013/2017 Administrative and Financial Director at Grupo Tomé (Equipment and Transport). Between 2010/2013 he was CFO at GMR Realty S/A. From 1994 to 2010 Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva has also worked at companies such as Banco ABN Amro, Banco ABC Brasil, Banco Sudameris, Bank Boston and Unibanco, where he held various leadership positions in the commercial and Project finance areas. Mr. Claudio holds a degree in business administration from FMU, and an MBA in Business Finance – FIPE, in addition to several short courses in management in the country and abroad.

With more than 20 years of experience in the market, Mr. Mauricio Orlandi, since 2013, works at the Company and was chairman of the fiscal council of Renova Energia S.A. Previously, between 2008 and 2012, he worked on the structuring and implementation of the back-office at Autonomy Investimentos S.A. Mr. Mauricio Orlandi also worked in the US, at Community West Bank, in the areas of treasury, foreign exchange and management control and risk for over 4 years, the same area where he worked at Itaú BBA for 3 years. Mr. Mauricio Orlandi holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP, with an extension in Global Business Management from the University of California. He also studied IFRS at FGV and an MBA at FIA / USP.

Mr. Claudy served from June 2015 to March 2021 as Director of Portfolio Management and Energy Trader, Director of Market Intelligence, Manager of Business Development and Distributed Generation and Manager of Business Development and M&A for AES Brasil. Between April 2011 and October 2014, he served as Business Development and Energy Solutions Manager, and Business Development and Energy Solutions Manager with a focus on international projects at Vale S.A. Energy risk management and Coordinator of Energy Studies, Pricing and Risk Management at AES Brasil. From July 2006 to April 2007 as a Planning Analyst for Votorantim Energia’s demand. Mr. Claudy holds a degree in electrical engineering from USP, with a postgraduate degree in electrical engineering from the same university.

Graduated in Economics from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, he was Vice President – Head of Investment Strategy at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, being primarily responsible for placing various offers for IWM Brazil clients. Responsible for all analysis and selection of assets and investment theses, in direct assets and/or structured instruments, formulating, structuring, implementing, distributing and monitoring different strategies allocated to the entire client base of Credit Suisse’s IWM in Brazil. He worked in the prospection, analysis and execution of new investment projects for the Southern Cross Group Private Equity Fund. Having also worked at Itaú BBA in Corporate Credit and Equity Research in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical sector.

He worked as a head trader for BTG Pactual, with international operations in the physical Commodity markets, and leads the area of market making and trading of electricity for 2W Energia.
