With more than 25 years of experience in the market, Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva Neto, served, in 2018/2019, as Vice President of Finance, CFO and IRO of Renova Energia S.A., as well as general director of Abribe Investimentos, his personal investment vehicle, currently inactive. Between 2017/2018 he was CEO at Arxo Industrial do Brasil S/A. Between 2015 and 2016 he was General Manager at Dalçoquio Transportes Ltda. and between 2013/2017 Administrative and Financial Director at Grupo Tomé (Equipment and Transport). Between 2010/2013 he was CFO at GMR Realty S/A. From 1994 to 2010 Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva has also worked at companies such as Banco ABN Amro, Banco ABC Brasil, Banco Sudameris, Bank Boston and Unibanco, where he held various leadership positions in the commercial and Project finance areas. Mr. Claudio holds a degree in business administration from FMU, and an MBA in Business Finance – FIPE, in addition to several short courses in management in the country and abroad.

Graduated in engineering from the Polytechnic School of São Paulo (USP) and holding a master’s degree from MIT, Mr. Manoel Antonio Amarante Avelino da Silva served as CEO of Arcadis LATAM for 21 years and is the coordinator of the Company’s Investment and Generation Implementation Committee.

With more than 20 years of experience in the market, Mr. Mauricio Orlandi, since 2013, works at the Company and was chairman of the fiscal council of Renova Energia S.A. Previously, between 2008 and 2012, he worked on the structuring and implementation of the back-office at Autonomy Investimentos S.A. Mr. Mauricio Orlandi also worked in the US, at Community West Bank, in the areas of treasury, foreign exchange and management control and risk for over 4 years, the same area where he worked at Itaú BBA for 3 years. Mr. Mauricio Orlandi holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP, with an extension in Global Business Management from the University of California. He also studied IFRS at FGV and an MBA at FIA / USP.

Graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Salvador, Adriano has more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer, focusing on the infrastructure and logistics sector. He served as Legal Director in several companies and was a member of the board of directors of invested companies. He was CEO of ODEBRECHT TRANSPORT S.A. and adviser to the presidency at NOVONOR S.A.

Mr. Claudy served from June 2015 to March 2021 as Director of Portfolio Management and Energy Trader, Director of Market Intelligence, Manager of Business Development and Distributed Generation and Manager of Business Development and M&A for AES Brasil. Between April 2011 and October 2014, he served as Business Development and Energy Solutions Manager, and Business Development and Energy Solutions Manager with a focus on international projects at Vale S.A. Energy risk management and Coordinator of Energy Studies, Pricing and Risk Management at AES Brasil. From July 2006 to April 2007 as a Planning Analyst for Votorantim Energia’s demand. Mr. Claudy holds a degree in electrical engineering from USP, with a postgraduate degree in electrical engineering from the same university.

Graduated in Economics from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, he was Vice President – Head of Investment Strategy at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, being primarily responsible for placing various offers for IWM Brazil clients. Responsible for all analysis and selection of assets and investment theses, in direct assets and/or structured instruments, formulating, structuring, implementing, distributing and monitoring different strategies allocated to the entire client base of Credit Suisse’s IWM in Brazil. He worked in the prospection, analysis and execution of new investment projects for the Southern Cross Group Private Equity Fund. Having also worked at Itaú BBA in Corporate Credit and Equity Research in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical sector.

Graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo, with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-Insper, Guilherme Moya has 20 years of experience in the financial market, having worked at large companies such as JP Morgan and Citibank, where he served as Commercial Director responsible for the Energy Sector and Infrastructure.

Graduated in Economics at UDESC, José Artur has been operating in the derivatives and physical market for more than 10 years, having operated in different areas such as trading, asset management, credit and leading decision-making at trading desks, always with a focus on risk control. He worked as a head trader for BTG Pactual, with international operations in the physical Commodity markets, and leads the area of market making and trading of electricity for 2W Energia.

Enedino Neres da Cruz Junior worked at Santo Antônio Energia, a hydroelectric power plant, from May 2015 to June 2019, where he worked in various areas such as Budget Planning, Financial and Strategic Planning, Fundraising, and Financial Modeling. In 2014, he had a stint at Banco Santander.

Fernando Silveira is an electrical engineer graduated from UNICAMP and with an MBA from IESE Business School, he comes from Grupo Ultra, where he led business units at Ultragaz, with extensive experience in the segments B2B and B2C. He arrives at 2W to take over the Retail department with the mission of multiplying the customer base and positioning the company as a prominent player in the retail trade and provider of solutions in the energy market.

He is a legal advisor and a partner at Porto Advogados. He worked as a professor at PUC-SP for over ten years and is the author and co-author of several law books addressing issues such as administrative laws and public-private partnerships (PPP). He also worked as a legal advisor in several Brazilian government ministries.

A founder of 2W Energia, which has sold electricity in the free market since 2013. He founded Clime Trading and holds an interest in GIP Medicina Diagnostica – Femme. He was a founding partner of RENOVA, a pioneer in renewable energy in Brazil with a portfolio of 1GW in wind, hydro and solar power projects. He also founded Enerbrás Centrais Elétricas S.A and was a partner at APMP. He earned a bachelor’s degree from FAAP – Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.

Mr. Marcos Cardoso Costa served from November 2015 to May 2016 as GE’s Renewable Energy and Power Strategic Accounts Leader for Latin America. From May 2016 to December 2020, served as President and CEO of GE Transportation and Wabtec Corporation for Latin America. From June 2006 to September 2012, served as Vice President of Global Power Sales for Latin America. Between September 2012 and November 2015, served as President in the Brazil region of Alstom Brasil Energia e Transporte. From July 2001 to April 2006, served as President and CEO of Va Tech Hydro Brasil (current: Andritz Hydro Brasil). From May 1997 to July 2001, served as Commercial Director for Energy at Inepar Indústria e Construções. Between June 1984 and April 1997, served as Commercial Manager at Coemsa Ansaldo and between August 1980 and May 1984, served as Export Sales Engineer at Sprecher+Schuh.
